Global Perspective
The International Leadership Academy of Ethiopia’s goal is to equip each student with the knowledge and practical experience they need to become successful, critical-thinking leaders of the next generation.
Our rigorous, interdisciplinary academic curriculum is modeled on the best practices of global college-prep studies, including the international baccalaureate and the Advanced Placement programs. In addition, it will incorporate all five “Critical Success Factors for 21st Century Education”— a study sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, known as the “School of the Future Architecture.”

Through state-of-the-art technology and a worldwide network of sister college preparatory academies, ILAE students will bridge the digital divide, immersing themselves in a robust world languages program that includes English, French and Chinese.
