The International Leadership Academy of Ethiopia’s goal is to equip each student with the knowledge and practical experience they need to become a successful, critical-thinking leader if the 21st century.

Our rigorous, interdisciplinary academic curriculum is modeled on the best practices of global college-prep studies, including the International Baccalaureate and the Advanced Placement programs. In addition, it will incorporate all five “Critical Success Factors for 21st Century Education”—a study sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, known as the “School of the Future Architecture.”

The five CSFs are:

•    Success Factor 2: Proficient and inviting curriculum-driven setting
•    Success Factor 3: Flexible and sustainable learning environment
•    Success Factor 4: Cross-curriculum integration of research and development
•    Success Factor 5: Professional Leadership
Through state-of-the-art technology and a worldwide network of sister college preparatory academies, ILAE students will bridge the digital divide, immersing themselves in a robust world languages program that includes English, French and Chinese.  Upon graduation, our students will be prime candidates for enrollment and full or partial scholarships to the top universities in the world.
